Drone strikes are causing a spike in support for the Al Qaeda

This article discusses the issue of the quasi-secret campaign of targeted killings that the United States is waging against suspected militants not just in Yemen but in Pakistan and Somalia. Thereal issue is the fact that the accidental civilian casualties that occur as a result of these attacks is constantly rising. The article goes on to discuss that this may be an incentive for locals to be attracted to the idea of joining the Al Qaeda to avenge these careless drone strikes.
