Abstract: Facebook was targeted by hackers. They said it has no evidence that user information was compromised. I think it’s a serious problem;Facebook has over 250 million users and over 300 million people are visiting on facebook monthly. Even though it’s not a serious hacking, there are enormous information about users. There are names of users, phone numbers, birthdate, personal information etc. I think the company has to reinforce a powerful protection systems for user. They said they have it, but the result was a disaster.

Yoonkyung, can you relate this to some of the ideas presented by Balsamo in her text and lecture? Her idea that all new technologies have cultural repercussions is particularly relevant. Referencing her work could add depth to your analysis.
